Financial Controller | Remote

Key Responsibilities

• Build and review deliverables such as PnL and mark-to-market reconciliations.
• Conduct vendor/AP payment reconciliations under cash constraints with controls.
• Develop integrated 3-statement and pro-forma models including purchase-accounting impacts.
• Perform covenant and credit analysis.
• Allocate partnership/professional-services including profit-pool waterfalls and capital accounts.
• Write clear, CFO/partner-ready narratives explaining assumptions, variances, and recommendations.

Core Requirements

• Have strong relevant experience in a hands-on non-investment finance role.
• CPA/CA/ACA/ACCA/CIMA (or equivalent) strongly preferred.
• Comfortable exercising professional judgment on incomplete or ambiguous information.
