Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all aspects of AP, AR, General Ledger, and financial reporting cycles.
- Act as a core operational anchor during the transition from QuickBooks to a new enterprise ERP platform.
- Directly supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of office personnel responsible for daily transaction workflows.
- Review customer invoicing, vendor payments, and coordinate financial metrics alongside purchasing, shipping, and receiving departments.
- Prepare and deliver clear variance and financial reports to Top Management and the Global CFO via Microsoft Teams.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: 4-year Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (Minimum Requirement).
- Certification: CPA certification is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of progressive accounting or controller-level experience.
- Demonstrated history of successfully managing and supervising personnel (2+ people).
- Hands-on experience working inside a fast-paced manufacturing office environment.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency with corporate payroll systems, garnishments, and multi-state tax filing compliance. Current familiarity with QuickBooks is required for the immediate transition, with a strong aptitude for enterprise ERP workflows.
