About the role
Stiffler McGraw and Associates, a multidisciplinary engineering firm in Hollidaysburg, is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join our growing team. This full-time position will oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, project accounting, budgeting, tax coordination, internal controls, and financial compliance while providing strategic financial support to company leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA preferred)
- Five or more years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong financial reporting and project accounting knowledge
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with accounting/ERP software
Experience in the engineering, architecture, or professional services industry and Deltek software is preferred.
