Financial Center Teller

About the role

HAPO Community Credit Union is seeking a Financial Center Teller in the Tri-Cities area. The ideal candidate will have excellent multi-tasking skills, strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, and experience in customer service, cash handling, or sales.

Responsibilities

• Aid members with general account inquiries
• Identify additional products and services that may be beneficial to members
• Show basic understanding of branch compliance and auditing
• Show basic understanding of all products and services available for members
• Show strong communication skills in both English and Spanish languages
• Handle stressful situations with poise and professionalism
• Pay close attention to detail

Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate
• Experience in customer service, cash handling, or sales preferred

Pay

Starting Hourly Pay Range (DOE): $20.00 - $28.97

Schedule

Must be able to work 35-40 hours a week between the hours of 8:30am – 6:30pm M-F with Rotating Saturdays
