Responsibilities
- Assist members with general account inquiries
- Identify additional products and services that may be beneficial to members
- Basic understanding of branch compliance and auditing
- Basic understanding of all products and services available for members
Requirements
- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate
- Experience in customer service, cash handling, or sales preferred
- Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred
Ideal candidates will have excellent multi-tasking skills as well as excellent written and verbal skills. They will have basic knowledge in math, be capable of handling themselves in stressful situations, and pay attention to detail.

Pay
Starting Hourly Pay Range (DOE): $20.00 - $28.97. Typically, selected candidates are hired between the minimum and midpoint range, based on applicable experience and qualifications.
Schedule
Must be able to work 35-40 hours a week between the hours of 8:30am – 6:30pm M-F and rotating Saturday 9:00am - 1:00pm.
Training is approximately 2 weeks and will be conducted at our headquarters located in Richland, WA.
Location: On-Site, Yakima (WA).
