About the Role

The Financial Center Manager II is a senior leader responsible for driving growth, enhancing client experience, developing talent, and managing risk within a complex or high-volume Financial Center.

Responsibilities

• Execute business plans, manage profitability, and identify growth opportunities using market insights.
• Lead outside calling and develop centers-of-influence to deepen client relationships.
• Provide exceptional personalized service, manage high-value client relationships, and address escalations.
• Recruit, coach, and retain high-performing teams; build development and succession plans.
• Oversee operational and regulatory risk, ensuring compliance and risk discipline.
• Represent the market as a senior leader, fostering enterprise connections and opportunities.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years in retail banking or related financial services, with 3+ years in leadership.
• Proven ability to manage large, complex centers and deliver growth and operational integrity.
• Strong relationship-building, community engagement, and referral management skills.
• Knowledge of banking operations, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience coaching leaders, developing talent, and supporting market initiatives preferred.
