As a Financial Center Manager at Univest, you'll lead daily branch operations, support your team, and create a welcoming experience for every customer. We're looking for a coach, mentor, and relationship-builder who can drive results, promote sound banking practices, and partner across the business to help our customers and communities thrive. We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Financial Center Manager at our Skippack, PA location!

Schedule

Branch hours (some locations may vary):

  • Monday – Wednesday: 8 am – 4 pm
  • Thursday – Friday: 8 am – 6 pm
  • Saturday: 8 am – 12 pm (2–3 per month are required)

Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong knowledge of Univest's consumer and commercial products and services
  • Motivate and coach staff to work as a team in order to achieve assigned goals
  • Develop and implement effective sales and acquisition strategies
  • Coach, evaluate and develop staff with career path and succession planning focus
  • Generate and maintain expected sales and performance goals
  • Monitor and maintain branch profitability
  • Identify and develop prospective leads for new business
  • Cultivate existing business relationships
  • Partner with other lines of business to formulate selling strategies for prospective and existing customers
  • Represent the bank in various civic and community functions
  • Expected to join and actively participate in at least one civic or non-profit organization
  • Expected to periodically participate in bank-sponsored events and community activities
  • Responsible for compliance with laws and regulations that apply to the position, including the Univest Code of Conduct
  • Perform additional duties as required

Qualifications

  • High school diploma/GED or equivalency
  • NMLS registration within regulated guidelines
  • Strong written/verbal/organizational skills
  • Demonstrated independent decision-making skills, effective delegation and leadership skills
  • Demonstrated high performance in sales, customer service, business development, and leadership
  • Advanced knowledge of consumer and business lending and credit processes preferred
  • Ability to work in an accurate and organized manner to effectively manage related-job pressures and deadlines
  • Previous experience with MS Office Suite
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
  • Community/non-profit involvement

Pay

The salary for this position starts at $78,000.00.
