Responsibilities
- Drive Sales Performance
- Utilize Fulton’s sales process and CRM tool
- Cultivate meaningful relationships with customers
- Handle complex customer inquiries
- Leadership and Coaching
- Guide Financial Center employees towards goal attainment
- Mentor and coach team members
- Business Development and Community Engagement
- Build and maintain a strong network within the local community
- Engage with individuals, small businesses, and community organizations
- Participate in community activities and non-profit board/committee positions
- Operational Excellence
- Evaluate and optimize operations
- Ensure compliance with risk management initiatives and regulations
- Handle escalated customer issues professionally
- Manage and Develop Talent
- Screen and select top-notch candidates
- Assign and evaluate team work
- Monitor volume, workflow, and quality
- Manage performance and provide pay recommendations
- Strategic Leadership
- Extend beyond financial center to contribute to broader business initiatives
- Lead through organizational change
- Partner with the Commercial segment
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years Banking, Financial Services, or sales experience
- 3+ years leading sales, Operations, or Risk Management experience

- Ability to motivate a sales team, set expectations, and drive accountability
- Small Business Banking acumen
- Collaboration skills
- Passion and enthusiasm to meet and exceed goals
