About the role
Moomoo’s mission is to democratize finance for all. As the Store Manager of our NYC Brand Store, you will lead the most visible in-person experience for our brand—connecting investors with powerful trading tools, market insights, and financial education.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the NYC Brand Store and ensure an outstanding in-person client experience.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of financial customer experience associates to achieve sales and service targets.
- Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and performance feedback to drive team development and operational excellence.
- Build a collaborative and inclusive team culture that reflects moomoo’s values.
- Develop and execute sales and engagement strategies to increase store traffic, customer acquisition, and account openings.
- Build long-term client relationships through personalized engagement and financial education.
- Host or participate in in-store events, product demonstrations, and investor education sessions.
- Partner with marketing and partnership teams to support brand activations and promotional campaigns.
- Serve as the escalation point for complex customer inquiries related to equities trading, options, and brokerage services.
- Ensure customers receive accurate, timely support while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and service.
- Maintain structured client engagement strategies to deepen relationships and drive retention.
- Maintain deep knowledge of moomoo’s products, trading tools, and investment platform.
- Stay current on market trends, economic developments, and trading strategies.
- Educate customers on investment concepts, platform functionality, and trading opportunities.
- Ensure all marketing, sales, and customer interactions comply with FINRA, SEC, and internal regulatory policies.
- Supervise licensed activities in the store in accordance with supervisory responsibilities under FINRA regulations.
- Monitor store reporting including sales performance, client conversion metrics, and operational processes.
Requirements
- Active FINRA Series 7 license and 24 license
- 3+ years of leadership experience in financial services, brokerage, fintech, or wealth management
- Strong understanding of equities markets, options trading, and brokerage operations
- Demonstrated experience managing teams and delivering strong sales or service results
- Experience in brokerage branch leadership or client-facing financial advisory roles
- Personal trading experience and deep passion for the U.S. stock market
- Strong presentation, communication, and client relationship management skills
- Experience leading customer-facing teams in high-growth or fintech environments
Benefits
Base pay for a successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is $110,000-$140,000. This role is also eligible to participate in our discretionary bonus plan.
