Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, and motivate collections and lending team
• Manage collections portfolio delinquency and charge-off
• Lead and oversee underwriting efforts for the assigned branch
• Demonstrate and ensure a high level of customer service
• Help ensure branch compliance
• Back up the Branch General Manager as needed

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in first-party collections
• Subprime experience is a plus
• Title work experience
• Computer proficiency
• Customer service focus
• Leadership ability

Pay

$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 starting salary. Monthly bonus opportunity up to $1,600.
