About the Role
The Senior Financial Analyst supports the company's operational reporting, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business analytics as the organization continues to expand its national operations. This role partners closely with Finance, Accounting, and Operations teams to deliver actionable financial insights, develop pricing models, manage performance reporting, and improve business efficiency through data-driven analysis. The position also plays a key role in budgeting, capital expenditure tracking, and strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in financial analysis.
- Experience in manufacturing finance is preferred.
- Operational Finance experience is a plus.
- CPA and/or MBA preferred.
- Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and data warehouse tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
