Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher with 8+ years or more of professional experience
- Experience in Finance and Business Operations competencies such as Financial Planning, Reporting, Earned Value Management, Contracts Management or Program Estimating
- Experience with enterprise-level cost management tools, such as ECE, SAP, COBRA, Hyperion or Accounting Data Analysis and Reporting (ADAR)

Financial Analyst Senior Staff - F-35 Sustainment- Level 5
Location: Fort Worth TX
What You Will Be Doing
This position will support the F-35 Senior Manager – Business Operations for F-35 Sustainment Programs in the overall business management of this contract portfolio. A broad range of business acumen will be required for this position including a familiarity of business processes associated with Proposals, Contracts, Estimating, Financial Planning, Independent Cost Estimating and others.
- Provide overall financial oversight associated with new proposals, ensuring assigned contracts have a sound cost / financial baselines, conducting financial risk assessments and ensuring accurate financial forecasts.
- Support the establishment of the program ground rules to support Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) planning and support the submittal of contractual Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL) deliverables including Cost Performance Reports (CPR), Contract Funding reports (CFSR) and others.
- Identify areas for cost improvement and support the implementation of recommended corrective actions.
- Develop and monitor program termination liability and funding forecasts.
- Prepare and conduct Contract Status Reviews on program financial status.

Who You Are
You are a strategic and highly analytical finance professional with a strong background in program financial management, forecasting, and business operations. You possess a broad understanding of government contracting and business processes, including proposals, contracts, estimating, financial planning, independent cost estimating, and program execution.
- You excel at developing and maintaining financial baselines, conducting financial risk assessments, supporting Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) planning, and delivering accurate forecasts that enable informed business decisions.
- You thrive in a collaborative environment where you can partner across program and functional organizations to solve complex business challenges and drive program success.
- Your ability to analyze financial performance, identify opportunities for cost improvement, develop corrective action plans, and support critical contractual reporting requirements such as CPRs, CFSRs, and other CDRL deliverables makes you a trusted business partner.
- You are comfortable presenting program financial status to leadership, leading Contract Status Reviews, and influencing stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization.
Desired Skills
- Experience in creating and managing Budget Targets
- Familiar with cost Allocations; Rates and Factors
- Familiar with LM Revenue Recognition methodologies
- Experience with Earned Value (EV) application and implementation
- Experience with US Government reporting requirements (i.e. Cost Performance Reports (CPR), Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR), Contract Funds Status Reports (CFSR), etc.)
- Must possess and execute strong organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy and quality of work
- Experience interacting with company VP’s, Directors, Managers, cross-functional peers, coworkers, and entire company personnel as a lead financial POC while working in a “team” environment
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast changing, non standard work environment, quickly adapting to shifting priorities and reliably delivering high quality results on urgent, short turnaround requests
- Familiar with Funding processes and procedures including customer notifications
