Qualifications
- College, university, or equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required.
- Progress toward Certified Public Accountant, Certified Management Accountant, Chartered Accountant or similar certification preferred.
- Intermediate level of relevant professional work experience in the field of study required.

Pay
The salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate’s qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
Schedule
This is a critical role to not only CMEP Finance, but CMEP overall operations. As the Senior Financial Analyst on the team, this role will require strong business partnership and communication to drive thoughtful inventory decisions, accurate forecasting, and product costing. This role will have two direct reports (OCU) and this role is expected to manage, coach, and mentor these individuals.

Key Requirements And Expectations Of Role Responsible for preparing flash results, forecasts, and AOP as it pertains to product cost and inventory. Strong partnership with Materials and Quality teams to ensure optimal buy-plans, engage in and support supplier recoveries. Accountable for CMEP accounts payable - leading team of two associates to resolve any invoice errors and ensure timely supplier payments. Lead for preparation of Annual Physical Inventory (API) exemption inclusive of maintaining close relationship with cycle count program lead throughout the cycle count year. Key individual/liaison for Controls and Compliance to collaborate with both internal and external audit parties. Key individual for helping lead and drive results on CMEP's contributions towards the wider EBU 3n3 profitability improvement work. Being at a key manufacturing location, expectation of plant leadership is to be on site 5 days/week.
