Financial Analyst, Senior (Navy ERP)

About the role

THOR Solutions is seeking a Senior-Level Financial Analyst with Navy ERP experience to support the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport’s Code 25 Undersea Warfare Combat Systems Department in Newport, RI. The role provides diverse financial analysis support services for a contract based in Newport, RI, and may require frequent travel to the NUWC Newport worksite. Hybrid work from Newport, RI is preferred; fully remote candidates from CONUS locations where THOR operates (with preference for CA, VA, or DC) may be considered, though remote candidates may need to travel to Newport, RI frequently.

Responsibilities

• Use, update, and maintain Navy, NAVSEA, and NUWC financial systems including: Navy ERP, NEPS, AFDA, EDW, COBRA, RAPT, WAWF, ADVANA
• Develop and maintain project budgets and ERP budget structures, reports and management plans, and track projections
• Prepare analyses of Reimbursable Authority and Carryover projections
• Provide impact analysis related to Program Budgets and Project Plans baselines
• Prepare, review, and analyze Funding Documents
• Conduct Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis and reporting
• Create or improve standard processes for TPS submission
• Prepare weekly expenditure reports, fiscal year close-out and fiscal year start-up analyses, analysis of Continuing
