Financial Analyst - Program

We are seeking a Program Financial Analyst (PFA) to serve as a key financial partner within a complex, mission-driven scientific organization. Responsibilities include: providing end-to-end financial planning, analysis, and reporting for assigned programs and services; developing budgets, forecasts, and workforce plans; supporting proposal development and new funding efforts; analyzing variances, risks, and financial health; ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, and contractual requirements; and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain financial coherence. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field, with 4+ years of FP&A experience; proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), advanced Excel, and large data sets; strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Preferred qualifications include professional certifications, experience with federal research environments, and familiarity with financial tools and regulations.
