About the Role
As a Financial Analyst II, you will perform research work and prepare financial analysis necessary to make essential Corporate and Operational planning decisions.
Responsibilities
- Perform various financial functions such as period operational P&L reporting, budgeting, product costing, cost/benefit analyses, expense reconciliation, results forecasting, and other analytical tasks/reports.
- Review complex financial data and maintain documented records supporting financial forecasts used in the rate and budget area.
- Ensure management's understanding of actual vs. standard (target) rates.
- Discover and drive new ways of using information to impact business decisions and results.
- Provide complex analysis and recommendations to senior management on new business opportunities and existing business.
- Train, mentor, and transfer knowledge to fellow team members.
- May provide work leadership for lower-level employees.

Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent analytical and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in one-on-one and group situations, with the ability to work effectively within all levels of the organization.
- Advanced facilitation and project management skills.
- Advanced PC skills.
- Ability to work complex issues with senior management using highly developed influencing skills.
- Ability to manage large-scale projects from conception to implementation.
- Ability to produce work that impacts management decisions and business results.
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently with little supervision.
- Self-directed and motivated to get results independently.
- Strong attention to detail.
Qualifications
- A related degree and work experience.
- Prior experience supporting Manufacturing is a plus.
Working Conditions
- Function in a fast-paced, retail, office environment.
- Travel by car or airplane with overnight stays.
- Sit for extended periods of time.
- Work extended hours.
