About Us
The BorgWarner Arden campus offers two world-class technical centers and a cutting-edge manufacturing facility that designs and produces turbos, fan, and fan drive components for the automotive industry. Responsibilities
- Supports fixed asset and general cost accounting activities for the facility.
- Handles various month-end responsibilities such as account reconciliations and journal entries.
- Supports legal entity requests, IRS tax reconciliations, and annual tax schedules.
- Assists in completing the monthly forecast and annual long-range planning processes.
- Supports acquisition of new customer programs through business case analysis and quoting processes.
- Performs other routine duties and ad hoc reports with analysis as directed by the Finance Manager.
- Embraces continuous improvement and contributes to implementing changes in systems and processes to increase productivity.
- Demonstrates effective problem-solving techniques.
- Supports the role accounting/finance plays in the overall success of the business.
- Actively pursues changes in technology that may impact the long-term success of the business.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent discipline preferred.
- SAP and OneStream software applications knowledge highly preferred.
- 3-5 years of related work experience in Accounting, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to process significant amounts of data entry in a timely and accurate manner.
- Attendance on the job is essential.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to follow instructions, safety rules, and regulations.
