Financial Analyst II
About the role
As our Financial Analyst, you will provide accurate and timely information to management through opportunity identification, information sourcing, data collection and analysis, workflow analysis, statistical analysis, benchmark determination, process improvement design, and measurement.
You will be involved in daily financial analysis and reporting, creating and monitoring yearly operating and capital budgets, and providing training on financial reports and software to the management team.
This role requires consolidating and interpreting financial information for the Management team while ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial analyses. You will identify and implement improved methodologies to accumulate, store, process, and report data, collaborate with others to acquire information and materials, and facilitate programs as a liaison between external and internal customers. Additionally, you will research and resolve issues for customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide financial analysis and reports to management.
- Create and monitor yearly operating and capital budgets.
- Train management on financial reports and software.
- Consolidate and interpret financial information for the Management team.
- Ensure integrity and accuracy of financial analyses.
- Identify and implement improved methodologies for data accumulation, storage, processing, and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to acquire information and materials.
- Facilitate programs and serve as a liaison between external and internal customers.
- Research and resolve customer issues.
Requirements
- Four to six (4-6) years of accounting or finance experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or finance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a healthcare setting.

Pay
$29.44 - $43.79 per hour.
