Responsibilities
- Leverage AI to develop innovative solutions that enhance financial processes, reporting accuracy, forecasting capabilities, and decision-making.
- Perform month-end close activities including variance analysis, account reconciliations, journal entries, and financial results reporting while ensuring adherence to internal controls.
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, investigate variances, and communicate findings to stakeholders and operational leaders.
- Develop and maintain forecasts for enrollment, profit and loss statements, and other key financial components to support business planning.
- Create financial business cases, including ROI analyses, breakeven assessments, and projection models for proposed programs, projects, and initiatives.
- Monitor, design, develop, and report key performance indicators (KPIs), providing recommendations that support strategic and operational decisions.
- Support the development and enhancement of financial reporting, analysis, and inquiry tools while assisting with the preparation of industry reporting requirements.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Expertise using Excel and other financial reporting applications
- Strong data analysis/automation skills utilizing advanced tools such as Power Query, Power Pivot, SQL, and ERP systems (i.e., Hyperion, Cognos, TM1, Essbase, etc.)
- Knowledge of the best financial analysis practices, tools, and techniques
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
- 4 years of relevant experience
Skills
- Experience designing, building, and deploying AI-powered solutions, including AI agents, workflow automations, and advanced analytics tools
- Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field

Schedule
This is a full-time, in-office position requiring five days per week in our Salt Lake City, Utah office.
