Financial Analyst I

Responsibilities
- Reconciles 'Pre-Bundle' data with payor.
- Develops pricing for 'Bundles' for payor.
- Reconciles actual spend with payor 'Post Bundle' period end.
- Involves in the CDM synchronization for the network.
- Aids in Charge Master development and analysis.
- Prepares, monitors, and analyzes trends/targets on a monthly basis.
- Analyzes/interprets and models managed care contracts as assigned.
- Responsible for all projects assigned.
- Aids other team members on projects as assigned.
- Ensures compliance with department initiatives and goals.
- Performs other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
- Adheres to the HMH's Organizational Competencies and Standards of Behavior.
Qualifications
- Three or more years of experience working with managed care contracts and/or a related field.
- Demonstrated knowledge of managed care contract terminology (e.g., CPT codes).
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Collaboration with other team members.
- Prior experience with EPIC.
Compensation
Minimum rate of $73,153.60 Annually. HMH is committed to pay equity and transparency for our team members. The posted rate of pay in this job posting is a reasonable good faith estimate of the minimum base pay for this role at the time of posting in accordance with the New Jersey Pay Transparency Act and does not reflect the full value of our market-competitive total rewards package.
