Financial Analyst I
Job Summary and Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data and interpret complex information.
- Communicate findings or recommendations to stakeholders to ensure accuracy and compliance in financial processes.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities to guide informed financial decisions.
- Affirmatively assist in budget preparation, AP and RSS Matrix approvals, Physician Logs, and bonus plans.
- Affirmatively assist in monthly reporting and timely and accurate preparation of month end reports for Medical Center activity.
- Perform other duties and reporting as required within the finance department.
Job Requirements
- High School Graduate of General Studies.
- Minimum of three (3) years in a business environment, or new graduate, with exposure to financial information and participation in financial and/or productivity and/or statistical reporting.
- Experience in a database environment developing new queries and reports is critical.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Previous Healthcare experience helpful.
