About the Role

The Financial Analyst – Workday Adaptive Planning supports financial planning and analysis by developing financial models, managing budgeting and forecasting activities, improving reporting processes, and driving automation initiatives. This position partners with finance and business leaders to deliver actionable financial insights while helping build scalable FP&A processes in a dynamic, multi-site business environment.

Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Analysis
  • Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models.
  • Analyze key business drivers and financial performance.
  • Build scenario models to support strategic decision-making.
  • Evaluate financial trends and identify business opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development of scalable FP&A processes.
• Workday Adaptive Planning
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models within Workday Adaptive Planning.
  • Optimize planning models for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support financial planning workflows using Workday Adaptive Planning.
  • Maintain financial planning data and model integrity.
  • Improve planning processes through system enhancements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve planning model issues.
• Financial Reporting & Business Insights
  • Prepare financial reports and performance analyses.
  • Deliver actionable financial insights to business leaders.
  • Support executive reporting and decision-making.
  • Analyze financial results and identify performance trends.
  • Communicate financial findings to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Monitor key financial metrics and planning assumptions.
• Process Improvement & Automation
  • Improve financial reporting processes and planning tools.
  • Support finance transformation initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for workflow automation.
  • Enhance reporting efficiency through process improvements.
  • Promote best practices across FP&A operations.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with finance and business leaders across the organization.
  • Support strategic planning initiatives and special projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial performance.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing finance team.
  • Perform additional FP&A responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• One to six years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Advanced experience with Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Strong financial modeling skills involving multiple business drivers and variables.
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel and financial analysis skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to present financial information to business stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting finance transformation initiatives.
