Responsibilities
- Assist the Budget Manager with the preparation of annual budgets
- Analyze budget variances
- Develop productivity standards and productivity reporting
- Perform operational benchmarking analysis
- Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts
- Report key performance indicators
Requirements
- Experience in budgeting and accounting, preferably in a healthcare environment
- Working knowledge of budgetary and financial accounting principles and practices, including the ability to prepare, interpret, and analyze financial statements
- OR experience in data analysis/data modeling, with the ability to analyze data in creative ways and display results compellingly
- Knowledge of database management software (Access, SQL)
- Strong computer skills; proficiency with spreadsheets and databases
- Software implementation and project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and writing skills
- Deadline-oriented; ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to manage multiple complex and concurrent projects
Qualifications
BS/BA required.
