Financial Analyst - Hybrid
What You'll Do
- Build financial models and perform scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and KPI analysis for leadership.
- Conduct variance analysis and identify trends that drive business performance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate business initiatives and provide financial insights.
- Support process improvements and help automate financial reporting.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 3+ years of experience in a Corporate Financial Analyst or FP&A role.
- Strong financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis experience.
- Working knowledge of GAAP, including journal entries, accruals, and revenue recognition.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Lookups, Conditional Formatting, and Charts.
- Experience working with ERP systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Great Plains (GP), NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems.
- Experience within education, publishing, or another corporate environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial insights to business leaders.

About the Role
This hybrid position requires working Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in the Boston office.

$65,000 - $80,000 USD Per Year

Qualifications
