Responsibilities

• Develop and manage budgets and forecasts for business partners.
• Complete monthly variance reporting for multiple department budgets.
• Build models to analyze data, explain variances, and prepare presentation materials.
• Partner with the business to provide insights on spending trends and cost-saving initiatives.
• Create various reporting tools for analytics and ad hoc requests.
• Perform variance and trend analysis while highlighting risks and opportunities in relation to budget, forecast, and prior years.
• Support the CFO / Finance Director on key projects, analysis, and ad hoc requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, Required.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems.
• Understanding of accounting concepts with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines.
• Works well in a fast-paced, fluid environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in healthcare industry preferred (not required if you’re the right fit for our team and culture).

$80,000 Salary, DOE

Schedule

Hybrid role based in Phoenix, AZ, with required in-office days each week.
