About The Role

The Facility Management Financial Analyst is responsible for financial management, reporting, and cost control across Facility Management operations. This role ensures financial transparency, supports budgeting and forecasting, and drives cost efficiency while maintaining service quality.

• Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for Facility Management delivery
• Monitor actuals vs. budget, providing variance analysis and corrective actions
