Key Responsibilities
- Oversee site preservation and maintenance processes across assigned locations
- Identify and resolve facility-related issues to improve overall quality and compliance
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions related to structural, tenant improvement, service disruptions, and equipment challenges
- Partner daily with Facilities, Compliance, Operations, and Real Estate/Legal teams
- Support internal audits, ensure compliance adherence, and contribute to strategic program execution
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors
- Cook up on-site work, provide performance feedback, and manage quote/RFP processes
- Ensure timely and effective execution of maintenance and repair services
- Manage divisional P&L in alignment with budget expectations
- Follow approval workflows and communicate cost-related decisions and action plans
Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant experience in facilities, maintenance, or multi-site operations
- Trade school certification or equivalent experience in a related field
- Ability to work in environments that may include unclean warehouse conditions
- Willingness to travel overnight 25–50%
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement solutions
- Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced operational environment
- Able to manage vendors and multiple priorities simultaneously
- A flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed for emergency situations
