Financial Analyst

VCI Construction is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to support financial reporting, business analysis, and executive decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Analyze monthly financial results, including P&L and balance sheets.
• Prepare, modify, and maintain financial reports and dashboards.
• Perform variance analysis and identify business trends.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting.
• Develop ad hoc reports for leadership.
• Partner with Accounting and Operations to improve financial reporting and business performance.
• Recommend process improvements and reporting enhancements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of financial reporting and financial analysis experience.
• Strong experience with financial statements, reporting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query, financial modeling).
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
• Construction or project-based industry experience is a plus.
