Financial Analyst

About the role

This position will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business performance analysis. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working cross-functionally to support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Assist with annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting activities.
• Maintain and enhance financial models used for planning and business analysis.
• Support cash flow planning and monitoring efforts.
• Prepare recurring financial reports and management dashboards.
• Analyze financial results and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Investigate performance fluctuations and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist in preparing financial information for banking and other external business partners.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and ad hoc financial projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related function.
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Pay

$75,000 to $85,000 annually
