Key Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation of monthly financial reports and internal reporting packages
• Support variance analysis and identify trends in revenue and expenses
• Afford assistance with ad hoc financial analysis and reporting requests
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Maintain organized financial documentation and records
• Afford assistance with reconciliation of accounts and financial records
• Afford assistance with budgeting and forecasting activities
• Afford assistance in preparation of cash flow projections
• Afford assistance in monitoring financial performance against budget targets
• Work with operations and leadership teams to support financial reporting needs
• Afford assistance in gathering data for financial decision making
• Afford assistance in supporting process improvements within the finance function
• Afford assistance in preparing documentation for audits
• Afford assistance in ensuring financial records are maintained in accordance with company policies
• Afford assistance in supporting internal control procedures and compliance requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial analysis
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship or early career experience in accounting, finance, or consulting
• Familiarity with financial reporting tools or accounting systems
• Interest in pursuing CPA, CFA, or other professional certifications
