Responsibilities
- Enter and organize financial and productivity information used in analytical models, benchmarking studies, and performance evaluations.
- Gather and interpret both numerical and descriptive healthcare business data to support consulting and valuation assignments.
- Research market trends related to physician specialties, clinical services, procedures, and reimbursement patterns to inform project findings.
- Partner with valuation professionals to develop financial analyses and assist in drafting portions of client-facing reports.
- Manage several assignments at once by adjusting to changing priorities and meeting established turnaround expectations.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and status updates within the firm’s project tracking tools.
- Contribute to special analyses and one-off projects as business needs arise.
- Support strong client service by delivering dependable work, communicating professionally, and completing assignments on time.
- Help promote quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement while staying current with relevant software and workplace tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a closely related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably within healthcare, accounting, consulting, or legal environments.
- Demonstrated ability in financial analysis, financial modeling, variance analysis, and ad hoc analytical work.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and solid working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Able to manage multiple deadlines effectively while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information.
- A client-focused mindset with the initiative to add value and contribute positively to team performance.
