Financial Analyst

In this role, you will turn financial data into meaningful insights that guide planning, improve performance, and support sound business decisions. You will partner with teams across the organization to evaluate results, strengthen reporting, and help drive profitable growth. Responsibilities:• Examine historical and current financial results to uncover patterns, risks, and opportunities that inform business planning.• Build and refine financial models used for budgeting, forecasting, and performance comparisons against plan.• Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages that clearly communicate financial results to internal leaders.• Track operational and financial metrics to assess business performance and highlight areas for improvement.• Support product and service profitability reviews through cost analysis and margin evaluation.• Perform custom financial analyses for pricing decisions, investment considerations, and other strategic initiatives.• Work closely with accounting during month-end activities to help ensure accurate reporting and reliable data.• Develop practical recommendations that improve cost management, efficiency, and overall financial performance.• Contribute financial summaries and presentation materials for leadership meetings and executive-level discussion • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a closely related discipline. • At least 2 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a comparable analytical role. • Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to use pivot tables, lookup functions, and financial modeling techniques. • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and ad hoc reporting. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. • Ability to communicate financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders. • Familiarity with business intelligence or reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau is preferred.
