Financial Analyst

About the Role

This position serves as a finance business partner for hospice operations, focusing on financial performance, budgeting, reporting, and sales support. You will drive strategic financial guidance, optimize incentive compensation processes, and provide analytics to support sales growth and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Drive financial performance, budgeting, and reporting for hospice operations
• Partner with clinical and leadership teams to provide strategic financial guidance
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and scenario analyses for hospice programs
• Oversee headcount and labor cost optimization
• Support sales teams with performance analytics, territory profitability, and growth strategies
• Own and optimize incentive compensation and commission processes ensuring compliance and accuracy
• Develop and present performance reports, KPIs, and dashboards using BI tools
• Ensure data integrity, reconcile financial and CRM systems, and maintain confidentiality in line with HIPAA standards

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting abilities
• Experience analyzing sales, market, and operational data
• Proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel)
• Knowledge of healthcare and hospice regulations and compliance standards
• Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage incentive compensation lifecycle and support sales enablement initiatives
• Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and security
