About The Role
This position, working under the direction of the Area Finance lead, will provide transactional support and analysis for the Area Controller and Facility Manager. The focus will be to support and ensure timely, accurate, and efficient maintenance, processing, and tracking of transactions related to facility operations, delivering remarkable service to stakeholders through an investigative approach and problem-solving skills. These transactions primarily relate to the procure-to-pay process, including goods and service requisitions, purchase orders, receipts, invoices, as well as inventory stock and depletion.
The Ops Financial Analyst will be an integral team member of Reworld’s South Region Finance team, learning process details and assisting in maintaining and improving them with the long-term goal of succession planning for future openings of Facility/Area Controller or Finance Lead roles.

Responsibilities
- Review requisitions and open purchase orders, coordinate updates to ensure accurate account/project coding, process structure setup, and timing of spend.
- Review scheduling, delivery, and/or timing changes to purchase orders with stakeholders to ensure timely receipt of goods and services and financial accuracy.
- Review accounts payable invoice match exceptions, investigate delays, and problem-solve to expedite timely capture and completion of transactions and month-end close.
- Support Area Controller during month-end close and forecast cycles.
- Develop new analytical views to assist in analyzing financial performance, KPIs, etc.
- Deliver expense analytics to support cost management allocation, expense reduction, and improve budget and forecast accuracy.
- Assist with inventory stock management and cycle or physical count execution.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of facility long-term maintenance plans, budget, and forecast.
- Interact with internal and external auditors to deliver all documentation required for audits.
- Prepare financial and modeling analysis for facility projects to improve costs and meet business needs.
- Ensure the integrity of information between different system tools.
- Additional duties as assigned to achieve business objectives, including financial, operational, and commercial goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/MACC preferred.
- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong computer and financial modeling skills.
- Analytical skills, including product line profitability.
- PeopleSoft or similar ERP experience; Oracle/Smart View/Analysis for Office is a plus.
- Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Independent thinking with a can-do attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay
The pay range for the primary location of this position is $82,900.00 - $110,400.00 USD per annum. The final salary offered will be determined based on factors including experience, education, geographic location, skills, competencies, travel requirements, and/or union contracts (if applicable).
