Financial Analyst
Maintenance and Enhancement
Maintain and enhance OneStream Reporting, Dashboard Components, Metadata, Member Formulas, Workflows, Data Integrations, and Business Rules.
Collaboration with Business
Engage business stakeholders across all levels of the organization to gather requirements and develop solutions.
User Acceptance Testing
Coordinate all user acceptance testing activities prior to production deployments.
Data Management
Perform complex data validation, resolve data variance and production issues in a timely manner.
Client Collaboration
Work closely with the client to improve efficiency of the client’s business processes through OneStream Marketplace.
Change Control
Adhere to proper change control using corporate ticketing system to document system configuration changes.
IT Security Coordination
Work with IT Security for user provisioning and audit procedures.
Availability
Expected to be available outside of normal work hours to support the close process.
Technical Skills
- Intermediate computer skills (Working knowledge of MS Office Suite to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Experience with OneStream framework
- Functional experience with EPM Systems (preferably OneStream, Hyperion HFM, Essbase, FCCS) or related applications
- Experience with Master Data & Metadata Management
Experience
- Working knowledge of the financial close cycle, planning & forecast process, and functional support process
- Strong accounting and business acumen with a solid understanding of the financial business processes
- Excellent communication skills with verbal, reading and writing
- Possess the ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment
- Understanding of audit and regulatory requirements and the ability to track and provide support
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems or related discipline or equivalent work experience
