Financial Analyst

About the role

You will play a key role in supporting financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making across the organization. This position partners closely with leaders to deliver budgeting, forecasting, reporting and insights that drive performance and long-term growth.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Financial and KPI performance vs budget
• Improve and streamline financial processes, reporting tools and forecasting methodologies
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting and analytical skills

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
• A minimum of 1 year of work experience
• Experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance is preferred

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, SQL, NetSuite, or related financial systems
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel including index, match, sumproduct, and indirect functions

Skills

• Strong analytical, organizational, communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to present financial analyses in a concise and easily comprehensible manner
