Financial Analyst

We are located in Northeast Houston and are seeking to add a Financial Analyst position to help support our growing organization. Responsibilities

• Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to management
• Produce reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting
• Identify opportunities for performance improvement across the organization
• Maintain knowledge and keep abreast of new policies
• Develop models that help with decision-making
• Support Division Controller with ad hoc reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis, or other related fields

Skills

• Strong working knowledge of Excel, PivotTables and v-lookups
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Attention to accuracy and detail
• Drive to take on a variety of tasks and projects with a positive attitude
• Ability to interface well with employees at all levels of the organization
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
