Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Focuses on the company's financial operations by ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency within financial systems. Supports timely reporting and maintains effective internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date system documentation, including standard work instructions and operating procedures.
• Ensure proper end-user security access within financial systems according to company policies.
• Conduct periodic system security validations to ensure compliance.
• Provide training to business users on supported systems and administer training resources.
• Deliver advanced training and serve as the lead expert or super user for key financial applications.
• Aid in preparing timely and accurate financial reports to support strategic analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Contribute to maintaining the integrity of financial statements through accurate data management and process adherence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience).
• 3–5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Advanced skills in financial modeling using Excel.
• Experience with enterprise financial systems such as Anaplan or Voyager preferred.
• Background in a Fortune 500 company, consumer products, management consulting, or multinational environment preferred.
• Understanding of wholesale distribution channels and related financial planning activities is desirable.
• Proactive problem-solver with the ability to identify opportunities and recommend process improvements.
