About the Role

The Financial Analyst supports the Urology (UR), Maternal & Child Health (MCH), and Gastroenterology (GI) Global Business Units by providing financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, and decision support that drive profitable growth and business performance. Reporting to the Associate Director of Finance, this role partners closely with Commercial Leadership, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Finance to deliver actionable insights and support informed business decision-making.

This position supports financial planning, forecasting, performance management, pricing and profitability analysis, investment evaluation, and business reporting. The Financial Analyst translates financial and operational data into actionable insights that help identify risks and opportunities, improve business performance, and support strategic and operational decisions.

  • Support the Global Business Units by providing financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, and decision support.
  • Partner with commercial and functional leaders to evaluate business performance, identify trends, and support strategic initiatives through data-driven recommendations.
  • Prepare monthly business reviews and analyze actual results against forecast, budget, and prior-year performance.
  • Monitor key financial and operational metrics, identifying risks and opportunities and providing recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field with 3+ years of finance, FP&A, commercial finance, or analytical experience.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience with financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Experience with ERP and reporting systems.

Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong financial modeling and data analysis capabilities.
  • Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI or similar platforms.
  • Experience with ERP and financial planning systems.
  • Ability to develop dashboards, KPIs, and management reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA, CPA, CMA, or other relevant professional certification.
  • Experience supporting commercial organizations within the medical device, healthcare, or life sciences industries.
  • Experience partnering with Sales and Marketing organizations.
  • Familiarity with pricing, profitability, and commercial performance analysis.
