About the role

Responsibilities
- Support the annual business planning/budgeting processes through preparation of data and analyses
- Partner with internal functions to analyze current month activity against approved budgets, assessing impact on projected annual profitability
- Assist in monthly forecasting of operating expenses
- Preparation of interim and monthly financial reports and responding to related inquiries
- Performance of data requests, financial analyses, and other financial modeling, as requested by those throughout the firm, including senior executives
- Respond to financial surveys throughout the year
- Assist with special projects among various teams nationwide
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2 or more years of relevant experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Alteryx, VBA, Power Query, and SQL skills preferred
- Excellent quantitative skills combined with an ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations
- High degree of professionalism and the ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization from new hires to senior executives
- Exceptional client service mentality and strong work ethic
- Outstanding oral, written and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing requirements
- Must be an excellent team player as well as work independently
Pay
Salary Range $75,000 - $85,000
Eligible for performance-based bonuses
