Responsibilities
- Aid in the creation of budgets and financial forecasts to support strategic planning.
- Build financial models to evaluate business scenarios and predict performance.
- Analyze profitability by program and site.
- Identify key drivers of variance between actual and budgeted results.
- Prepare reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to inform decision-making.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and return on investment (ROI) evaluations for business initiatives.
- Create dashboards, visualizations, and management reporting.
- Collaborate with site controllers on forecasts and financial reporting.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of financial processes and regulatory standards.
- Interest in developing financial acumen and understanding business impact.
- Willingness to learn internal systems, quality procedures, and customer-specific requirements.
