Financial Analyst

About the role

This position is responsible for entry level financial analysis, providing support across the entire enterprise. Entry-level position – Generally has up to three years of experience and/or demonstrated job relevant knowledge/skills. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job; works under immediate supervision. Responsibilities

• Models, promotes, reinforces, and rewards the consistent use of HOLT’s Values Based Leadership (VBL) tools, models, and processes to ensure alignment with our Vision, Values, and Mission
• Creates, maintains, and improves forecasting and budgeting financial models that can be used in scenario planning for operational initiatives
• Performs variance analysis on actual results versus forecasted results, and drive improvements to forecasting methodology
