Financial Analyst

About the role

Provide functional support for financial systems, particularly modules related to Accounts Payable, Inventory, Fixed Assets, and General Ledger.

Responsibilities

• Conduct manual quality assurance testing, documenting test cases and results.
• Investigate and resolve production issues, ensuring data integrity across financial transactions and reports.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and IT teams to gather requirements, test enhancements, and support deployments.
• Manage the lifecycle of purchase orders, vendor contracts, goods receipts, invoice validations, and asset transactions.
• Reconcile financial data and perform root cause analysis of discrepancies.
• Support integrations and data validation for new systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in a business/systems analyst role with a strong finance or accounting foundation.
• Understanding of Systems Integration concepts and experience utilizing them.
• 3+ years of manual QA testing experience in financial system environments, with the ability to document test plans and results clearly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel).

Pay

Competitive annual salary of $75,000 - $113,000.
