Responsibilities

• Procure and evaluate market data, provide analysis and financial modeling of properties, projects, developments, lease transactions, and other duties as assigned.
• Measure, monitor and enhance financial models utilized, as needed.
• Preparation of Investment Recommendations and lease analysis.
• Review & abstract leases, and accurately prepare PIF forms.
• Present market, property and financial level facts and opinioned analysis.
• Advise on merits and considerations of each prospective investment.
• Keep up to date on company’s financial analysis ratio requirements.
• Evaluate third party financial statements.
• Communicate complex information succinctly and anticipate and resolve issues/problems on a proactive basis.
• Interface with brokers, owners, consultants, and other market participants, as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business with a concentration in Accounting, Finance, or Real Estate preferred.
• Experience creating and manipulating complex financial models and underwriting commercial real estate properties and projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• U.S. Work Authorization (mandatory).

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficient with Argus Software.
