Financial Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial and operational data to support business planning and decision-making
• Prepare recurring financial reports, dashboards, and performance analyses
• Identify trends, variances, and key business drivers while providing actionable recommendations
• Parenthetical with cross-functional teams to support strategic and operational initiatives
• Aid in budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Support the development of business cases and financial models for growth initiatives
• Contribute to the enhancement of reporting tools, processes, and analytics capabilities
• Participate in weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting cycles for leadership teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 1–3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or related finance roles
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial insights effectively
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with Power BI or other BI tools is a plus
• Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
