Financial Analyst
What Impact You’ll Make
The Financial Analyst is responsible for monitoring, analyzing and reporting capital expenditure budgets across the Greenville manufacturing site to ensure efficient allocation and utilization of resources. This role involves tracking spending, identifying variances, and providing insights to support decision-making processes. The analyst will collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with financial guidelines and strategic objectives.
What you’ll do
- Monitor and track spending against approved CapEx budgets to ensure alignment with financial plans.
- Analyze budget variances and prepare detailed reports for management review.
- Collaborate with project managers and department heads to gather relevant financial data and forecast future spending.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial reports related to capital projects.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and controls.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize capital expenditure and enhance financial performance.
- Support the annual budgeting process and periodic financial reviews.
- Conduct financial analysis to evaluate the feasibility and impact of proposed capital projects.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of CapEx transactions and documentation.
What You’ll Bring (Required Qualifications)
- Bachelors degree required
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
