Financial Analyst

Job Description

FOX Entertainment Global (FEG) and FOX Scripted Studios (FSS) are seeking a Financial Analyst to join their FP&A team. The role will assist with FEG and FSS reporting and collaborate with the FP&A, Accounting, and Operations teams on various projects.

Duties

• Assist with preparing monthly revenue journal entries and reports for divisional counterparts on behalf of FOX Entertainment Global
• Assist with various planning exercises, such as forecasts, budgets, profitability analysis, and reporting
• Prepare monthly amortization, participation, and residual accrual journal entries for FOX Scripted Studios
• Prepare revenue, participations, and residuals ultimates for newly greenlit titles
• Reconcile financial data in the planning tool with the ERP system
• Update revenue, participations, and residuals for 800+ active title library
• Perform ad hoc projects and reporting as required

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills, verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to communicate with all levels of management
• A strong sense of responsibility and accountability, and a results-oriented attitude
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong knowledge of Excel
• The ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, be detail-oriented, and meet time-sensitive deadlines
