Financial Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile cash on a daily basis.
• Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts on a periodic basis.
• Establish and monitor the implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for business and accounting transactions.
• Analyze financial information to recommend or develop efficient use of resources and procedures, provide strategic recommendations, and develop solutions to business and financial problems.
• Investigate variances from prior periods and expectations.
• Create documentation for policies and procedures.
• Process accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Manage cash disbursements via check, ACH, and wire.
• Provide support for various special projects, as needed.

Working Conditions + Physical Requirements

• This position primarily operates in a professional office environment.
• Regular, in-person attendance at FIT Technologies Headquarters during standard business hours is required to perform the essential function of this role.
• The position requires prolonged periods of sitting, working at a computer, and participating in in-person meetings.
• Occasional evening and weekend work to support meetings, events, or deadlines, occasional work weeks of more than 40 hours.
