Financial Analyst
Responsibilities
- Support expense management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across a portfolio of properties.
- Provide clear financial insights, ensuring cost transparency, monitoring budget adherence, and supporting data-driven decision-making for real estate operations.
- Support strategic insights to inform business strategy.
- Support the execution of key initiatives.
- Help measure and evaluate business performance through ongoing reporting and analysis.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and strategic skills combined with solid business and financial acumen.
- Excellent communications skills and demonstrated ability to influence senior business leaders.
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
- 2 years of professional experience in Finance with a successful track record in financial modeling and analysis.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and presentation tools (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint) with experience in PowerBI and Anaplan.
Qualifications
