About The Role The role drives corporate finance and regulatory reporting, owning the models, forecasts, and compliance frameworks that ground strategic business decisions. The position partners closely with accounting, executive leadership, and product teams to ensure adherence to US GAAP, SOX controls, and SEC guidelines while scaling financial infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain complex financial models in Excel to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planningPrepare monthly and quarterly financial variance analyses, explaining key drivers of performance to finance leadershipExecute SOX compliance testing, document internal controls, and remediate control deficiencies across business unitsAssist in the preparation of SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q) and ensure strict adherence to US GAAP accounting standardsCollaborate with cross-functional partners to track headcount, operating expenses, and capital expenditures against targetsAutomate reporting workflows using SQL, Python, or advanced ERP tools to improve data accuracy and cycle times What We Are Looking For 3-6 years of corporate finance, accounting, or audit experience within a technology or high-growth environmentDeep working knowledge of US GAAP, SOX compliance frameworks, and SEC reporting requirementsAdvanced proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and ERP systems (NetSuite, Workday, or similar)Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative fieldBonus: Active CPA license, MBA, or experience with SQL and financial data visualization tools
